Wedding Stationery

Calligraphy is timeless and will provide

lasting elegance to your wedding event and

memories. Stationery stands out as one of the few

aspects of your wedding that guests can physically

touch, appreciate, and cherish as a keepsake.

Every piece of my calligraphy is

meticulously handwritten—no pre-made,

mass-produced calligraphy fonts here, thank you!

So let's design stunning stationery that perfectly complements this exciting new chapter in your lives.

WHAT TO CONSIDER

Here are some types of wedding stationery to consider from engagement to thank you and everything in between:

Pre-wedding - engagement party invitations, bridesmaid proposal cards, save the dates, wedding invitations,  addressed envelopes, wedding weekend invitations, hen and stag party invitations, rehearsal invitations.

On-the-day – Vow books, orders of service, reserved-seat labels, ceremony signs, seating plans, drinks reception signs, table plans, place names, table names/numbers, menus, other signage such as photo booth or missing a loved one.

Post-wedding – thank you cards, photos from the day with calligraphy, vow artwork, first dance lyrics artwork etc.

Everyone has a budget and I work with each couple to find what works for them no matter how big or small.

ORDER PROCESS

Congratulations on your engagement and commencing your wedding planning journey! I am here to guide you through your unique wedding stationery journey.

Wedding stationery comes in many forms so I make it as simple as possible for you because lets face it, there’s a lot to plan with a wedding. Stationery is such an important part of the day as it’s the way your guests get invited, it sets a theme before the big day and starts the excitement brewing for all your loved ones. On the day it tells people where to go, what to sing, what to say, where you will sit and what you will eat. It ties together each part of the day and makes it yours, journey with me through the realms of creative modern calligraphy for stunning yet functional stationery.

This is the process:

  • After making your initial enquiry (thank you!) I gather enough information from you to make a quote. This gives you an idea to where this fits in your budget.

  • When you decide to go ahead we will arrange an initial consultation where we discuss all the important bits of information such as how many people you will invite, how many invites you need and any design ideas you have.

  • At this point you send me your wording, addresses and names if applicable. If tweaks are required to fit in with your budget, that happens now.

  • I present you with a draft design to make sure our visions are aligned and once approved I commence the creation of the final piece, with further drafts sent if necessary.

  • The final design is sent to you for approval before printing.

The whole process should take no longer than 6-8 weeks during which time I keep you updated. If you have less than 6 weeks to go please still enquire as I may be able to accommodate you. A deposit of 50% is required before any work starts followed by the remainder of the fee before the items are sent for final printing.

I would be thrilled to explore the details of your most important day, ensuring that I can offer the perfect service for you. Reach out, by filling in the enquiry form and let's start a conversation.
